About the Cards
Welcome to my site. It is my pleasure to be writing this to you. I have been taking pictures for a very long time. Most of my life I have taken, maybe, a few too many pictures due to my desire to collect images for the oil paintings I am always planning to do. Creating art requires a lot of open ended time and our lives are so very busy. And I have just way too many ideas for paintings that I want to create; it would require several life times to do them all. At times, I look at my photographs and I really love the images I have collected. They stand alone in their beauty. Most do not need Photo Shopped or embellishment of any kind. That is why these cards have come into existence. To break up the log jam of images and ideas that have accumulated over time ... to connect with what already exists, and with whom it will resonate to start The Flow. ......................
I received my B.A. in Studio Art from the University of South Florida.
I am Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
But, my greatest honor came from my fellow students when a very difficult Professor announced to the class that she had found the True Artist that she was searching for. She was searching for a mystic and more. And it was me. The entire class of thirty something students lined up, and one at a time, some of them in tears came to me to shake my hand. No greater honor, than that day.
There actually is more and it needs telling.

It was the inspiration for the Miami Vice T.V. show.

Worked as a Fine Art Painter did a number of portraits including Jimmy Webb, of singer/songwriter fame, which hangs in the Music Hall of Fame in Oklahoma, the city of his birth.
I love the look of these matte photo cards. They have the look of a fine water color and similar to a water color you will want to treat these beautiful cards with care.
The envelopes are approximately 5 x 7 inches. The cards vary in size slightly. They are hand cut. The interiors are blank for your personal use.
The back of the cards have an Artist Statement, a paragraph describing the moment in time when the image was taken, and sometimes a title. Oh, and a small picture of me.

You are never given a wish without also being given the power to make it come true. ...
Whatever enchants also guides and protects. Passionately obsessed by anything we love - sailboats, airplanes, ideas- an avalanche of magic flattens the way ahead, levels rules reasons, dissents, bears us with it over chasms, fears, doubts. Without the power of that love we are boats becalmed on seas of boredom, and those are deadly seas. ....
Whatever we hold in our thoughts comes true in our lives, miracles aren't miraculous. Richard Bach
